The Talmadge Group Team SeaPort Quality Assurance Plan. Talmadge and its team members bring “experience, drive and commitment" to our Information Technology project engagements.
The Talmadge mission is to provide our customer with a “WOW” experience. Customer satisfaction in the Information Technology and Professional Services marketplace while maintaining commitment to the premier standards of ethical behavior and professional integrity. Talmadge is able to accomplish this using our project methodology we’ve named PowerPBH. The use of PowerPBH ensures all parties understand their specific project responsibilities, how it is to be measured, actions needed to succeed, a vision of end-results, and the timeline necessary to achieve success.
Team Talmadge believes quality assurance is a continuum of practices that result in value-added capabilities for both the customer and the team. To this end, the Talmadge Team is made up of companies that adhere to quality practices and for the most part are ISO practitioners, if not already ISO registered.
