“Close Encounters With People of The Third Kind” is a half-day Conflict Management presentation.

This fast paced, interactive presentation takes a fun look at very complex issues of the temperamental characteristics in all of us. Some topics covered include:

• What am I and what are you?
• The new car syndrome
• You are not rational (neither am I)
• People are like bank account
• Why I hate my neighbors with neat garages

The session will have instant applicable to the conference table and your kitchen table. This presentation will help you learn to deal with others using greater insight, understanding, and effectiveness. During the session, participants complete a 50-question self-analytical instrument to determine their own “relating style”. Then we branch out to understand “how” and “why” others respond in different ways.
