Marc has Seventeen years providing IT Solutions & Support Services to the Top 100 government prime contractors and Fortune 1000 companies. He founded The Talmadge Group in 1998 as a full-time staffing company, then known as StaffPRO Technologies. In 2004 he led the transformation from a staffing organization to an IT implementation and support firm. In 1981 Marc enlisted in the US Navy to provide logistical and technical support to the Navy Chaplain Corps. His assignments included the NAVFAC Diego Garcia, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, NAF Andrews Air Force Base and U.S. Naval Construction Battalion ONE. During these tours he continued his education at the University of Maryland and Central Texas College. Personal decorations include the Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and multiple Good Conduct Medals. Marc continues to serve in uniform as the First Sergeant of HQ Headquarters Co (HHC) in the Georgia State Defense Force.

Mr. LaBrecque has over 30 years of professional experience, including 19 years of experience in systems design, integration, and life cycle management, and 20 years in large-scale program and project management.
